These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Deepage, the website deepage.io, and all related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Deepage FZ-LLC ("Deepage," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
01 The Service
Deepage is a software-as-a-service platform for SEO and AI visibility. Depending on your plan, the Service may include:
- Brand analysis. Deepage reads publicly available content from the website URL you provide (read-only) to build a model of your business, offering, audience, competitors, and writing voice.
- Content creation and publishing. Deepage plans, writes, and — where you connect a publishing destination — publishes articles to your website via WordPress or a webhook integration you configure.
- Off-site citation recommendations. Deepage identifies third-party platforms and threads relevant to your market and prepares draft contributions (such as community answers, listicle pitches, or review profiles) for your review. Deepage never posts to third-party platforms on your behalf. You decide whether, where, and how to publish any draft, and you are solely responsible for anything you post.
- Measurement and reporting. Deepage queries AI answer engines (currently ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews) with buyer-relevant questions and reports where your brand is named, alongside search ranking and click data retrieved from your connected Google Search Console account, where you connect one.
We may add, change, or remove features of the Service at any time.
02 Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service on behalf of a business or professional activity. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
03 Trial, subscriptions, and billing
3.1 Trial. The trial costs $1 (USD) for 3 days and requires a valid payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to the Pro plan and your payment method is charged the then-current Pro price. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account settings.
3.2 Subscriptions. Paid plans (currently Starter and Pro) are billed monthly, in advance, and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices are stated on deepage.io and may change; we will give you reasonable advance notice of price changes, which take effect at your next renewal.
3.3 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
3.4 Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including partially used billing periods and the trial fee.
3.5 Plan limits. Article volumes and other plan limits are stated as "up to" a maximum. The actual publishing pace is determined by the Service's pacing logic, which is designed to publish at a rate appropriate for your site.
3.6 Taxes. Prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g., VAT), which are your responsibility unless we are required to collect them.
04 Your responsibilities
You agree that:
- You own or have all necessary rights to the website(s) you connect to Deepage and authorize us to read their publicly available content and, where configured, publish content to them.
- Any credentials or integrations you provide (e.g., WordPress credentials, webhook endpoints, Google Search Console access) are ones you are authorized to share, and you will keep them current.
- Facts you confirm in your knowledge base (such as pricing, features, and claims about your business) are accurate. Deepage builds content around the facts you confirm; you are responsible for their truthfulness.
- You will review content and drafts as appropriate for your business, including for legal and regulatory compliance in your industry and jurisdiction (e.g., financial, medical, or other regulated claims).
- When posting Deepage-prepared drafts to third-party platforms (e.g., Reddit, review sites), you will comply with each platform's rules, including disclosure requirements, and you accept full responsibility for what you post.
- You will comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Service.
05 Acceptable use
You may not: (a) use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful; (b) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; (c) resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted in writing; (d) reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the Service's underlying models, prompts, or software; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service or circumvent usage limits; or (f) use the Service to spam, harass, or manipulate third-party platforms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
06 Content and intellectual property
6.1 Your content. You retain all rights to your website content, the facts and materials you provide, and — once delivered to you — the articles, drafts, and cover images the Service generates for your account ("Deliverables"). Subject to your payment of applicable fees, Deepage assigns to you all right, title, and interest it may have in the Deliverables.
6.2 Our IP. Deepage retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, models, prompts, workflows, designs, and documentation. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it while your subscription is active.
6.3 License to operate. You grant Deepage a limited license to access, process, and store your provided content and data solely to provide and improve the Service for your account.
6.4 AI-generated content. Deliverables are generated with the assistance of AI. You are responsible for reviewing Deliverables before relying on or distributing them. The legal status of AI-generated content (including copyright protection) varies by jurisdiction, and Deepage makes no representation regarding it.
07 No guarantees of outcomes
Deepage measures and reports real results, and does not promise specific ones. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic level, AI citation, AI answer-engine mention, lead volume, revenue, or other business outcome. AI answer engines and search engines are third-party systems that change constantly and are outside our control. Metrics shown in your dashboard reflect what the Service observed at the time of measurement.
08 Third-party services
The Service interoperates with third-party services (e.g., WordPress, Google Search Console, AI answer engines, and the platforms referenced in off-site recommendations). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make that affect the Service.
09 Data and privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Customer data is logically isolated per account, and credentials you provide are stored encrypted.
10 Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. Support is provided at hasan@deepage.io.
11 Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPAGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DEEPAGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT CONTENT GENERATED BY THE SERVICE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES WITHOUT YOUR REVIEW.
12 Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) DEEPAGE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; AND (B) DEEPAGE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO DEEPAGE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those jurisdictions, the above applies to the fullest extent permitted.
13 Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Deepage and its officers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your content, websites, or confirmed facts; (b) your posting of any material to third-party platforms; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
14 Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates risk or harm to Deepage, other customers, or third parties. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including 6, 7, 11–13, 15–16) survive.
Upon request within 30 days of termination, we will make your Deliverables available for export in a reasonable format, after which we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you (e.g., by email or in-app notice) before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, cancel before they take effect.
16 Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
17 General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order or plan details, are the entire agreement between you and Deepage regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
